Fantasy Paddock is a free Formula 1 prediction game run by Charleston Web Design Studio. This page explains what the app stores, why it stores it, and how to get rid of it.
What we store
- Your email address, so you can sign in and reset your password.
- Your password, stored only as a secure hash. Nobody, including us, can read it.
- Your paddock team name and player name, which other players in your leagues see.
- Your picks, entries and season predictions, plus the points they score.
- Your leagues: which ones you belong to and when you joined.
- Reports you send us about another player's name, so we can act on them.
What we don't do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or tracking software in the app.
- No selling or sharing of your details with anyone else.
- No location, contacts, photos or files are accessed.
Who can see what
Other players in a league you join can see your paddock team name, your player name, your points and your picks once a race has started. Your email address is never shown to other players.
We only email you about your account, such as a password reset you asked for. No marketing.
Where it's kept
On our own server at fantasypaddock.online, hosted with Hosting.com (formerly A2 Hosting) in the United States. Connections use HTTPS. Race results come from the public Jolpica-F1 and OpenF1 services; your details are never sent to them.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. Delete your account and we remove your details, picks, entries and league memberships. League tables kept by other players will no longer show you.
Deleting your account
Email hello@fantasypaddock.online from the address you signed up with and we'll delete the account, normally within 7 days. Account deletion is also coming to the app's profile screen.
Children
The game is not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly keep details for anyone under 13. It's free to play with no cash stakes, no prizes and no gambling.
Changes
If this page changes we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
